Terms & Conditions

FEES

50% of the payment is required to secure your date. The date cannot be guaranteed unitl the payment of 50% deposit has been recieved. The 50% deposit MUST be PAID IN FULL within 2 weeks of your trial. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. the remainder balance should be paid on the day in cash.if its not possible in cash then it would be best to bak transfer a few days before/cheque.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Fees can be paid in CASH/ONLINE BANKING/BANK TRANSFER/CHEQUE

LATE BOOKINGS

If there are any places available on the required date, the make-up artist will accept bookings up until 6-8weeks to the wedding BUT the 50% DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IMMEDIATELY via CASH or ONLINE BANKING. Once payment has been confirmed, your date will be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

If the booking is cancelled by the client, they will lose their 50% as it is non-refundable

CANCELLATION BY THE MAKE-UP ARTIST

The make-up artist reserves the right to amend the date or/and cancel bookings or/and trials.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS

The make-up artist shall confirm your booking date via phone and email or any other contact details which you have provided at your consultation & trial date. Clients who require additional information, please contact the make-up artist via email: sairamua@live.co.uk; you shall recieve a reply within 24-48 hours.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

LASHES - There is a charge applicable per person. STRIPS - £5.00 (excludes brides lashes;included in bridal package)

SINGLE -charge ONLY applies IF 1/2 or FULL box used.

TRIALS - All trials =£40.00 (there is no travel charge applicable for trials)

TRAVEL CHARGES - Travel charge WILL APPLY. Charge is to & from venue/your home. No chrge applied for 1st 5 miles, thereafter charge is as below.

{example: your 15 miles from me,minus the free 5 miles=10 miles>>>so 10 miles x 2(back and forth)=20 miles=£20.00 travel charge}

(0-5 MILES)=FREE (up-to 10 MILES)=£5.00 x 2 (up-to 20 MILES)=£20.00 x 2

If the make-up artist CANCELS a booking, we shall endeavor to give you at least 4 weeks notice. The client shall be provided with the opportunity to transfer to another date (for trials). The deposit of 50% is NON-REFUNDABLE.

The make-up artist shall not be liable for any losses (including but not limited to, travel costs) arising as a consequence of any cancellation of bookings, consultation, trials, amendments or time-tabling constraints as set out above & beyond the cost of booking fee.

The make-up artist is insured by BABTAC Limited;the premier UK association for beauty, as well as one of the longest standing & influential bodies for beauty & holistic therapies. The BABTAC logo is a sign of confidenc, wherever you see it, you can rest assure the make-up artist is a qualified professional, committed to excellence in the field as well as continuing development as a professional.- covered for public liabiltiy isnurance;covered for health and safety
